behind the song
behind the song
do you ever wonder what’s behind a song?
singer’s sing
writer’s write
songs come from somewhere out of sight
they voice our culture
they heed their muse
they reflect our own views
hope, joy, pain and fears
telling their stories thru the years
faded glory, smiles and tears
behind the song
behind the song
do you ever wonder what’s behind a song?
wanting love
finding love
so in love, done with love
from peace to war
what’s it all for
we sing till we can’t take it anymore
hope, joy, pain and fears
telling their stories thru the years
faded glory, smiles and tears
behind the song
behind the song
do you ever wonder what’s behind a song?
